Before performing the chemical washing, our team of technicians carries out a preliminary analysis of the equipment to be washed and to collect a sample of deposit for lab analysis.
This initial investigation determines the descaler to be used and its conditions of use (concentration and temperature), as well as the recirculation speed and the working time.

During the execution of the washing, our technicians constantly monitor some fundamental parameters to follow the evolution of the washing, such as pH, concentration of residual iron and residual acidity.
For an effective chemical washing of water, special mixtures containing inorganic and organic acids, sequestrants, corrosion inhibitors and antifoam agents are used, which we formulate appropriately based on the type of deposit to be eliminated and the materials of the equipment.
