THEY WERE BOTH GOING THEIR OWN WAY WITH SUCCESS.
IN 1983, THEY DECIDED TO COMBINE THEIR EXPERIENCES AND TECHNOACQUE WAS BORN.
Vito Casarano and Franco Cesare are two chemical engineers. Before founding Technoacque, one worked as a technical-commercial manager for an industrial water treatment company, the other as a designer of chemical plants.
“It was a cold November day and Franco and I were returning from an evening spent together, one of our usual reunions. In these meetings we would talk about the most varied topics and that evening Franco told me “Vito, we will call our company Technoacque. It is a beautiful, global name, understandable to everyone. It has a familiar sound and gives a good idea of what we will do!” We therefore decided to take a risk, and so, step by step, we made that idea real.”
1983 > WAS BORN
We open the first office in a town near Lecce. An agile, fast organisational structure specialised in supporting technical managers in the chemical treatment of water.
1985 > OUR EMPLOYEES INCREASE
We increase our sales network and position ourselves in the market for offering the highest quality products and for our highly specialised technical assistance service.
1988 > THE FIRST PLANT OPENS
Our first factory is finally ready in Fasano (BR) on an area of 2,800 square meters, equipped with a modern chemical laboratory and a technologically advanced production department.
2018 > TECHNOACQUE AWARDS ITS EMPLOYEES
As a sign of gratitude for their perseverance and commitment over the past 30 years, we reward our employees by gifting them a cruise in the Mediterranean.
1984 > TECHNOACQUE GROWS
We transform ourselves from an unregistered company to a joint-stock company, opening a new office in Putignano (BA) which will become the headquarters of the new company.
1987 > TECHNOACQUE INVESTS IN TECHNOLOGY
As the workload keeps increasing, we decide to invest in technology to meet the ever-increasing demands of the market. While the Technical Office in Aradeo (LE) continues to be operational, we move to the headquarters in Fasano (BR).
2013 > A NEW PLANT IS OPENED
The sudden increase in activities forces us to move in search of larger and more technological spaces. Thus, we inaugurate the new headquarters in Fasano, spread over an area of 8,000 square meters.
2020 > WE BUILD OUR NEW HEADQUARTERS
A new building adjacent to the previous one is built and equipped with new workshops, testing laboratories, relaxation areas and a large green area.
